This will normally happen within 1 hour of us receiving your fax if it is during office hours. Even though our contract runs on a month-to month basis we will not allow anyone to connect without signing first. We also require a signed Debit Order instruction. This can also be canceled at any time. We cannot by law run this Debit Order if you ask us in writing not to. We regret that we will no longer accept cash or EFT payments. This is because some of our clients "forget" to pay - often for several months. We understand that despite sudden cash flow problems one often still needs your internet connection. Call us to make an arrangement if you are unable to make your payments.
